Off the Casablanca Room is the deep red walled Dining Room with its Terrace overlooking the Lily Pond designed for candle lit dining.
Guests can alternatively dine either in their Suite or on their private Terrace; or arrange a romantic table for two by the pool or on the Sail Terrace.
Dar Zemora breakfast of fresh juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit and home baked bread basket, tea and/or coffee and two course light lunches are served daily. A pot of tea and slice of home made cake is served complimentary between 4pm and 5pm.
Fruit from our fruit trees and produce grown in the vegetable/herb garden are used in the kitchen.
In the evening our Cooks provide a 3 course Modern Moroccan Dinner each evening except Sunday when a more Traditional 4 course menu is served. They only prepare one menu per meal time with no choice but they can incorporate any special dietary requirement with prior knowledge.
