Off the Casablanca Room is the deep red walled Dining Room with its Terrace overlooking the Lily Pond designed for candle lit dining.
Alternatively, guests can dine in their Suite or on their private terrace; or arrange a romantic table for two by the pool or on the Sail Terrace.
Dar Zemora breakfast consists of fresh juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to taste, home baked bread basket and tea or coffee. A two course light lunch is available daily. A pot of tea and slice of home made cake is served to guests on a complimentary basis between 4pm and 5pm.
Fruit from our fruit trees, olive oil pressed from the olive trees within the grounds and produce grown in the vegetable/herb garden are used in the kitchen.
In the evenings our cooks provide a 3 course Modern Moroccan Dinner with the exception of Sundays when a more Traditional 4 course menu is served. They only prepare one menu per meal time with no choice but they can incorporate any special dietary requirement with prior knowledge.
